Step 2 Colour
& Blending
The layer style that
brings about the most change is the
Color Overlay effect, This is a good place to begin.
In the layer styles
sub menu change the Color Overlay to a light blue in this
example a CMYK value of C- 27, M- 2, Y - 5, K - 0 was used.
In the Blending
Options
Change the opacity
to 85 %
Click the "Blend
Interior Effect as Group" Box.
