Step 8 Adding
the Glowing Touch
The Outer
Glow Layer Style increases the brightness of the type
also giving it a softer diffused irregular look, also boosting the
power behind on the drop shadow.
Change the colour to
a light blue or aqua color. The colour used here was a CMYK value
of C - 27, M - 14, Y - 0, K - 0.
Change the Opacity
to 80%
Your Halo Type is now
compleat.
You can save this as
a layer style for future use on other projects.
Note if using a different
DPI on your work or a differnet size font or element you may need
to scale the layer style to make the target object look proper.
To do this open the
Layers pull down choose Layer
Style and the Scale Effects
Sub menu.
